The business analysis team is responsible for working closely with, and building relationships between, the product and technology teams. They are responsible for ensuring that we have a clear understanding of what we plan to deliver and that we deliver an extraordinary service to our customers.
The Business Analyst Practice Lead is responsible for ensuring the Business Analyst team delivers on this and for the growth and development of the team. You will ensure that our practice continues to evolve and develop in line with the demands of the business.
As the BA Practice Lead you will manage the Business Analyst team, constantly evolve the methods and tools we use, Deliver accurate, concise and unambiguous business Statements of Requirement (SOR) and drive the peer review of SORs across the Business Analyst team.
You will be assisting in communication and review of required product changes with the broader business and participate in the provision of support to scrum teams throughout the SDLC to ensure a full understanding of business and legislative requirements where appropriate (including security standards such as PCI-DSS).
We are looking for somebody with a passion for delivering solutions which add value for customers and continually improving the quality and capability of the products we deliver. Whilst payments experience is preferred, it is not essential but your enthusiasm and willingness to learn in the industry is a must.
