Customer Service Advisors

We're now recruiting further Customer Service Advisors to help us get there. This is an excellent opportunity for customer focussed individuals who have the passion and drive for delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

In this telephone & email based role, you'll be part of a team that helps our customers use Sage Pay solutions so their businesses can grow. Through your training you'll gain an in-depth understanding of the e-commerce marketplace and develop your skills so that you can assist our customers with their technical, sales and account based queries.

On-going training is provided and a career development programme is in place to encourage and reward high performing individuals. Hours of work are on a rota-basis; 35 hours per week covering 8.00am – 12.00am Monday to Sunday.

To be successful in this role you'll be extremely passionate about delivering great customer experiences and be a great communicator. You'll be a team player, solution focused, self-motivated, and adaptable to change in this fast-paced environment.
