We’ve got a fantastic new opportunity right now for a talented Customer Service Consultant to join our office in Dun Laoghaire on a Perm basis.

At Sage Pay, Customer Services is about delivering legendary and memorable experiences to our customers. Each interaction should build customer confidence and help customers grow their business faster by providing a friendly and professional service that always goes out of its way to ensure that the customer is happy with the outcome. In turn, this should increase Sage Pay’s revenue, retention and customer recommendation.

The role of the Customer Service Consultants is to primarily provide back-up and support to the Sage Pay Customer Service Advisors. The team deal with escalated technical queries which they resolve or refer to the 3rd line support team. The knowledge gained from resolving these issues should be relayed back to the Customer Service Advisor teams to increase their own knowledge through regular training.

The Customer Service Consultant is responsible for managing all aspects of a technical and customer service provision for card machine customers and Key Account Managers. They will manage and maintain a relationship with key contacts to ensure all the customers’ required needs are met in accordance with Service Level Agreements.

To be successful in this role, we would like to see a track record of delivery extraordinary customer experiences, ability to communication complex issues in a clear manner, sound knowledge and understanding of PCs and software and great self-motivation and organisation skills.
