Through your training you'll gain an in-depth understanding of the e-commerce and card present marketplace and develop your skills so that you can assist our customers with their technical, sales and account based queries.
You’ll provide customer support through various communication channels to ensure SLA’s are achieved, actively monitor and safeguard the settlement process, take ownership of internal and external communications relating to any system issue from initiation through to resolution; continually monitoring Sage Pay systems and ensuring they’re functioning within acceptable parameters.
Ongoing training is provided and a career development programme is in place to encourage and reward high performing individuals. Hours of work are 8.00pm – 8.00am, 4 days on and 4 days off.
To be successful in this role you'll be extremely passionate about delivering great customer experiences and you’ll need to be a great communicator. You'll be a team player, solution focused, self-motivated, and adaptable to change in this fast-paced environment.
