German Speaking Customer Service Advisors

This is an excellent opportunity for customer focused individuals who have the passion and drive for delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

In this telephone & email based role, you'll be part of a team that helps our customers use Sage Pay solutions so their businesses can grow. Through your training you'll gain an in-depth understanding of the e-commerce marketplace and develop your skills so that you can assist our customers with their technical, sales and account based queries.

On-going training is provided and a career development programme is in place to encourage and reward high performing individuals. Hours of work are on a rota-basis; 35 hours per week covering 8.00am – 12.00am Monday to Sunday.

To be successful in this role you'll need to be a fluent/native German speaker, and be extremely passionate about delivering great customer experiences. You'll be a team player, solution focused, self-motivated, and adaptable to change in this fast-paced environment.
