Sales Support Administrator

Right now, we have an opportunity for a temporary Sales Support Administrator for a period of 3-6 months, to help us get there.

As the Sales Support Administrator you’ll be responsible for collecting, preparing and inputting raw data to effectively aid the sales process, provide administrative support to the Operational Specialist, coordinate meeting room and conference call bookings, scan and file documents, as well as providing ad hoc support to management and other administrative duties.

Ideally, you’ll have some previous sales administration experience and be a confident MS Office user. You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be someone who can plan and organise their workload effectively.
