In this role you’ll be responsible for analysing sales performance in detail, preparing reports on a weekly and monthly basis, tracking performance against targets, and identifying levers to drive revenue growth.
You’ll build models to analyse, report and present sales and operations data associated with pipeline, forecasting and sales productivity, and take a lead role in developing and publishing forecasts, quota plans, dashboards etc.
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have had prior experience of sales analysis and be comfortable dealing with large and complex datasets. We’re looking for you to have exceptional financial modelling skills and be strong on reporting and presenting, so proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint is essential.
You’ll also be a CRM champion for the business – delivering continuous improvement through automation and process enhancement, so experience in this area is important.
You’ll be someone who can tackle challenges head-on, be self-motivated and calm under pressure - particularly when working to tight deadlines. A degree in Mathematics, Statistics or similar is advantageous.
